About the Role:

As Director of Clinical Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our clinical operations within California. You will provide strategic direction, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled nurses and clinical staff.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations.
  • Oversee quality assurance initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage clinical budgets and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and meetings (local only).

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in skilled nursing operations leadership.
  • Master's degree in Nursing Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of improving clinical quality and patient outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
